Update Feb'13 // IMPLEMENTATION of ADVANCE EXPORT DECLARATION (AED) - SINGAPORE CUSTOMS
Update: Feb 2013
As per updates from Singapore Customs "...that export permits for non-controlled
and non-dutiable goods export by sea and air can be applied any time before
export, prior to cargo lodgement with Ground Handling Agents (GHAs) or
cargo arrival at port gates."
